The Adidas OneSite Design project began with a very clear goal: to provide a detailed overview of brand content that needed to migrate over to new brand templates, as well as be leveraged on new templates.
From that initial content organization, we were able to define our UX strategy of a more linear shopping flow from Homepage, to Brand Landing Page to Product Detail Page.
Adidas had a problem with 2 websites serving the same user experience.

3. Delivery
Final Designs
Our design and UX rounds happened simultaneously to deliver a final product asap. My main responsibility was to design Homepage, Basketball, Baseball, Running & Football pages. While other designers on the team were responsible for Stella McCartney section and responsive designs.
