Between 2015 and 2016, I was part of the Huge DC retainer on the Credit Suisse account. One of my first projects with this client was to update the existing brand guidelines with features from the recently released Credit Suisse website.

After that project was finished, we then started working on the APAC Private Banking app in support of our NY office, specifically focused on updating the app to brand guidelines.

3. Exploration

Design Updates

Part of our design team task was identifying every page, section and component that would require global updates. Once that document was finished, we moved on to updating global design styles and viewports for all 15 main pages including Portfolio, Insights, Positions, Markets and Trade Equities.

Newly incorporated colours gave a unique look to the app while still respecting Masterbrand guidelines.

Our final delivery was a team effort between Washington and Singapore offices. For about 3 weeks in Singapore our UX & Design teams had several rounds of approval meetings with the client to get final sign off and deliver the project on time.

 

5. Outcomes

Results & Impact

Credit Suisse Private Banking App has been downloaded and reviewed by many users, and it's been awarded multiple times since its launch.
