2. Discovery

& UX System
UPS WEMS project was a big lift for Sapient Atlanta. The project started with a long discovery process, followed by UX team establishing documentation that would end up becoming our full site redesign specification documents, with add-ons such as Illustrative Pages to support responsive design creation.

3. Exploration
Design Rounds
From 2013 to 2015, our team had severall meetings and sprint reviews with UPS team to address every layout and page of the website. My role on this project was to deliver desktop and mobile designs following UX wireframes and brand guidelines focusing on 3 main pages of the website: Home, Shipping, Products & Services page.

With the 2014 Brand Guidelines Update, UPS had all the requirements in place for WEMS last phase.
4. Delivery
Final Delivery
Our final website delivery for UPS was a robust design system and development structure. With pages built by global modules, that were used to compose sub pages and lastly a variety of UX improvements on Homepage, Navigation, Powerbar and many other features still used to this day.
